I hate this "new" version. It looks cheap, acts cheap. I dont understand why a good thing has to be destroyed in the name of "progress". Another good game Ill have to toss out.

The new version removed all the options of different looks, different colored water. I can handle the stark look but why. Very plain looking. Ive tried the new version a couple of times but will be removing one of my favorite iPhone games.

Please put back the different view options. Played the game for years and this scene is hard on the eyes. Love the game not the new scene.

Toobz used to be an interesting time-waster of an app. Now it is a crapp. That means an app you flush from your devices. Deleted! I am only giving it one star because I cannot submit the review with zero stars which is all it deserves.

The game was enjoyable & visually appealing. Not so any longer after the recent update. The white screen color looks ridiculous. Sound is ridiculous. The only good thing for the developer is Ive deleted the game & wont have to stare at the ads that are "full color." To the developer: dont update. That way everyone who enjoyed the previous version can delete this version.

What were you thinking? This new version is monochromatic which makes it difficult to enjoy. The lines on the board are too light. I also prefer a timer that shows the time. Its hard to tell if I have 3 seconds or 1 second left. Miss the old versions color!

New version has horrid background and you cant see your points except between levels. I used to play it several tomes a day, and I now dislike it so much Im going to delete it. R.I.P.

Everyone says its but but I really like the new update and the game is entertaining

DO NOT UPDATE: this version is awful. What where they thinking. Hard on the eyes no longer fun to play. Delayed app. Would not even think of paying for it now. What a waste of money.

Ive also deleted this app. Was my favorite for a long time. The new update has changed the look and game play.

This was one of my favorite games. Why did you change it? Now it looks like an old game you took out of the box in the garage labeled 1997. Sorry but this is my opinion..

Toobz used to be me and my friends favorite game. We would play toobz on hard and try breaking the high score for the 5 rounds hard. It was a great time and we had 15000 and 16000 games. However, with the new update, toobz turned from my favorite game to the app I never play. Bring back toobz hard. In the process of getting new things, you should not abandon the things that brought you passionate followers. Please make toobz hard mode come back and make toobz my favorite game once again!

I recently downloaded this game to try it out & immediately recognized its addictive qualities. Im not sure what the previous version was like or why people are complaining so much over such trivial matters, but the game is a lot of fun regardless of appearance, it functions very smoothly, and its not complicated to grasp. So much fun!!

I deleted this game after the recent upgrade. The new graphics are awful. It was a great game before the redesign. What a shame!

What happened? This is why I dont update my favorite apps. It looks so awful I didnt even want to play. Bring back old look.

I just updated. What are you thinking. Horrible monochrome screen. No options AND LOST all my high scores. This is a game i played daily and will NEVER play again.

I had the old Toobz for a long time and liked the old graphics much better. The valves were 3d and gorgeous, the water had bubbles in it, and the background had rich blues and greens in it. The new version looks like a 2 yr old drew it. I got so upset I dont play it anymore.

April 2015, I havent played since my original review below. Sad. I was addicted. I opened the game to see if my mind had changed and I was still disappointed. Im deleting my former favorite game today. **I dont like the new version. I played a lot of the old one. But probably wont continue playing the new.

So one problem is that in regular mode, you might just go for 30 seconds trying to find a piece that would actually fit anywhere. Another huge problem I have is that in puzzle mode it just picks out completely random tubes. This is a problem because if you have more than 8 4-direction tubes you are forced to place one in some kind of direction that will spill off of the screen.
